Telescope Pack Celestron CPC Deluxe 925 HD 11008 with customized introductory course
IN TELESCOPIOMANIA WE OFFER YOU NOW TOGETHER WITH YOUR TELESCOPE, OUR PERSONALIZED COURSE OF INITIATION OF ASTRONOMY AND USE OF YOUR GOTO TELESCOPE.
This telescope is an excellent visual instrument, or with the optional HD Pro mount and a CCD camera an ideal tool for astrophotography. With its 235mm aperture and StarBright XLT coating, the CPC Deluxe 925 HD provides 800 times the light gathering power of the naked eye.
Point this telescope at the planets and see incredible details of Jupiter's surface; observe Cassini's Division on Saturn's rings and resolve the surface details of Mars. Even distant Uranus, Neptune and Pluto are within reach.
Despite its wide aperture, conveniently located carrying handles and a weight of only 19.5 kilograms, this telescope is portable enough to set up in the backyard or take with you to your favorite observing location.
New Optical Design
The optical systemEdgeHDCombines all the compact power popularized with the Schmidt-Cassegrain design with an enhanced high-definition optical system for wide-field, astrograph-quality images. As a visual instrument, the opticsEdgeHDProvides pinpoint images even with its widest field eyepiece. You can search all objects in the Messier catalog and view hundreds of other NGC, IC and Caldwell objects in incredible definition.
For astrophotography, the opticsEdgeHDProduces aberration-free images through your favorite CCD or digital SLR camera. All opticsEdgeHDAre designed to produce a totally uniform focal plane precise enough to match the tight tolerances of the largest commercial CCD detectors, ensuring perfect star focus even at the edge of the field.
Internal GPS
The CPC Deluxe HD's internal GPS receiver automatically downloads date and time data from orbiting satellites providing the exact location on Earth. This eliminates the need to manually enter date, time, longitude and latitude data.
Revolutionary SkyALign function of Celestron
Once the CPC's internal GPS has established the telescope's position, aligning the instrument is as easy as 1-2-3. Simply find and use the control unit to manually point (rotate) the telescope to three bright celestial objects. You don't need to know the names of the objects. You can even choose the Moon or bright planets. NexStar programming technology from Celestron will model the night sky to determine the position of each star, planet and celestial object above the horizon. Once the alignment is done, the remote control unit will allow direct access to each of the celestial catalogs in its database.
Database of celestial objects
The CPC Deluxe HD contains over 40,000 celestial objects including Messier objects, the caldwell catalog, as well as NGC Galaxies, nebulae and planets. A position filtering system makes browsing the extensive database fast and easy. The filtering system allows objects outside the local horizon (e.g., if there are trees or mountains interfering with the field of view) to be disregarded. Also included is a "solar system object alignment" function that offers the option to align with the Sun or Moon during the day - very useful for observing planets or bright stars during the day.
Compatibility with Fastar
All optical tubesEdgeHDAre equipped with a removable secondary mirror for CCD imaging at f/2. The Fastar combination at f/2 not only allows exposures 25 times faster than at f/10, it also offers a field of view 5 times wider, a perfect combination for imaging your favorite wide field subjects in reduced time. (The FASTAR option requires an optional lens to be placed in place of the secondary mirror).
Innovative features Design
- With the introduction of the CPC Deluxe HD series, Celestron has gone back to the drawing board and re-designed and reinvented the movement train with a 15-centimeter, 180-tooth worm gear, a 2-centimeter stainless steel worm gear, and a unique steel and nylon ball bearing design that rotates along a guide. This has improved the smoothness and accuracy of tracking which translates into greater precision in obtaining astrophotographs.
Innovation
- The CPC Deluxe HD series uses the innovative "All-Star" polar alignment process. Together with the optional HD Pro mount, the "All-Star" function allows any bright star to be selected, while the program calculates and assists with polar alignment. Another great feature of the CPC, sure to please astrophotographers, is the Permanent Periodic Error Correction (PPEC), which allows users to 'remove' periodic error from the gears, while the mount retains the recordings made.
Food management
- The redesigned electronics deliver constant regulated power to the motors making them capable of moving the telescope, even when not perfectly balanced, without sacrificing smooth tracking motion and steering precision.
Services
- With those objects close to the Meridian (imaginary line crossing from North to South), the CPC will cross the Meridian without interruption to obtain the desired image. New flattened Schmidt optical design produces aberration-free images over the entire field of view
- Tension knobs that hold the primary mirror in position avoiding the effect of image shifting
- Vents that release hot air from the back of the mirror
- Fastar f/2 compatible optical system
- 235mm EdgeHD optics
- Proven NexStar computerized control technology
- Cast aluminum fork arms for maximum rigidity
- Unique A.R. shaft bearing design with steel and nylon bearings provides smooth and uniform movement
- Re-engineered main gear with retractable worm gear
