BAADER PLANETARIUM has incorporated a unique innovation in its laser collimator. The Laser Colli Mark III incorporates a visible engraving plate, which can be seen from the rear of the laser collimator. This allows collimation to be performed on Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes and even on small diameter, closed Newton tubes (tubes for which collimation was very difficult or nearly impossible to perform using conventional laser collimators). Each collimator is individually aligned to ensure perfect collimation of your telescope. The fact that the collimator is made from a single piece of cast steel and machined from aluminum ensures stable alignment. Its compact size and light weight make the BAADER PLANETARIUM Laser Colli Mark III the indispensable tool to take with you on field trips.
