Product Details

Astrozap flexible dew shield for CELESTRON C8 telescopes

The sunshield is the basic component to fight against the deposition of dew on lenses, meniscus and telescope shutter blades during foggy nights. Astrozap models are flexible, made of ABS, becoming extensions of the optical tubes that prevent moist air from circulating in front of the glass surfaces. They can be rolled up and unrolled for easy transport.

Astrozap dew shields are equipped with Velcro fasteners and protectors to avoid marking or damaging the optical tube. Some models are equipped with a notch for the passage of dovetails.
