FUJIFILM exploits its exceptional optical technology and design know-how to meet the growing demand in these fields of application. For example, excellent image stabilization is achieved through the application of FUJIFILM's contrasting lenses in digital cameras and TV cameras by enabling oscillations registered by a gyro sensor to be compensated by a precisely controlled prism in the optical beam path. With four AA batteries, the stabilization system operates for approximately 18 hours, with rechargeable AA NiMH batteries for up to 22 hours.
In addition, the large lens elements, with an effective diameter of 40 mm, provide exceptional light intensity for these binoculars. The objective lens elements are optimally positioned in three groups and the six eyepiece lens elements are positioned in four groups, minimizing chromatic aberration and providing a sharp image over the entire field of view. FUJIFILM's unique EBC multi-coating reduces annoying lens reflections and ghosting and increases light transmission.
