Our 12x50 binoculars can be used for detailed observation of distant objects, you will clearly see the difference in magnification compared to a 7x50 model. Although the twilight capability decreases, you can take full advantage of the detail potential of the very good lenses. The birder and hunters can confidently identify and track distant objects. In astronomy, the higher magnification is clearly noticeable (e.g. Jupiter / Saturn).

The nature and wildlife observer will appreciate the higher magnification, which allows better perception of details. Hikers and sports enthusiasts appreciate the rugged construction and weather resistance. The amateur astronomer recognizes objects better because of the higher magnification.

The APM Magnesium binoculars use high-quality ED glass (FK61) as well as BAK-4 prisms for maximum contrast and sharpness over the entire field of view. Special coatings on all optical surfaces eliminate reflections and ensure true-to-life colors. With a pupillary distance of 16 mm, the eyepiece construction is still very suitable for spectacle wearers. The rubber eyepieces can be turned inside out.

The entire system has received IPX-7 certification for protection against water ingress. The glass is fully protected against rain and water, making it completely weatherproof. The magnesium body is very light yet very robust. The housing has a leather armor that further protects the glass and provides a secure grip and hold.
