A Barlow lens (named after its inventor Peter Barlow) is a diverging lens that artificially multiplies the focal length of an instrument.
This Barlow consists of an ED (low dispersion) glass lens and will allow you to multiply the magnification obtained by your 31.75mm and 50.8mm eyepieces by 2.
It is 50.8mm in size and has an M48 x 0.75 thread for mounting 50.8mm filters.
It is supplied with a 1.25" reducer.
The eyepieces are attached by means of a compression ring.
