Flip Mirror Kepler
Kepler offers you this 1.25" (31.75 mm) Flip Mirror for astrophotographers with a great price / quality ratio. It allows you to switch between visual observation with eyepiece (as if you were looking through a diagonal prism) or to direct all the light flow directly to the sensor. This makes it very easy to place a planet in the center of your camera's field of view after centering it in the eyepiece... and focus simultaneously on the 2 outputs.
The inlet has an M42 female thread to which the M42 / 31.75 mm male adapter can be attached. The top output is a 31.75 mm thread to easily adjust the eyepiece distance. Finally, the rear output has a M42 male thread where you can directly connect your DSLR camera or CCD camera.
In terms of construction, this flip mirror is machined from CNC aluminum with a very nice finish. It has a 90% reflectivity mirror that can be easily raised using a tab on one side. It adds 80 mm of distance, which makes it compatible with most refractors and Cassegrains.
Weight: 300 g.
