The PowerSeeker 60 is a refractor telescope perfect for terrestrial and celestial observation. The PowerSeeker can view the planets, moon, star clusters and the brightest deep sky objects such as the Orion nebula and Andromeda galaxy at night. The inverting prism makes the optical tube ideal for use as a ground-based telescope during the day.

Setting up the telescope is very simple, so you can start observing in no time at all. Even on your first outing, you can set up the telescope and its accessories in just a few minutes. Adjustable tripod legs allow you to customize the height of the telescope or place it on elevated surfaces such as a picnic table.

Alt-Azimuth Manual Telescope

Navigate the sky with a clutch-operated Alt-Az control for smooth, precise pointing. Move the clutch up/down, left/right to follow your object in the eyepiece just as you would with any photography tripod.

Included Accessories

The PowerSeeker 60 comes with two eyepieces (20mm and 4mm), erect image diagonal (inverting prism), finder and a Barlow lens. The two eyepieces offer different magnifications for viewing the desired object. The 3x Barlow lens triples the magnification power of each eyepiece. The inverting prism allows upright viewing, ideal for terrestrial objects, but can also be used for celestial objects. The finder will help you quickly center an object in your eyepiece for easy observation.
