Heating tape TS for 14" DH120
The DH120 heating tape has a length of 120cm and is suitable for telescopes with a diameter of 14" (with a possible variation of ±15%)
The power consumption of the DH120 heating tape is 23 Watts - 1,92 A (12V)
General characteristics:
DH120 heating tapes are quality anti-spray devices resistant to adverse environmental conditions. Their flexibility allows them to be shaped into a collar that is placed around the telescope's sunshield and secured with Velcro.
The optical system that is enveloped by the heating tape is slightly heated and this prevents the formation of dew but without altering the visibility conditions.
Althoughthe heating tape can be connected directly to 12V, we recommend the use of the DN controller. This allows the tape to operate at a lower voltage in order to avoid visibility problems (seeing) and to save battery power.
