These lightweight, compact, medium payload titans will provide an astronomical experience like never before.
Featuring a mount head weighing less than 5.9kg with a payload capacity of 20kg, with no need for a cumbersome counterweight or axle.
Applying iOptron 's decades of experience in creating precision mounts, the HAE43 brings this vision to life.
Utilizing the most advanced tension wave gear technology for RA and DEC movements, the HAE43 offers unprecedented weight and payload efficiency.
Its CNC machined black anodized metal body provides a robust platform that will perform at the highest level for many years to come.
Unique features, such as electronic friction braking and shutdown memory, allow the mount to safely stop and resume a GoTo turn or continue tracking even after a sudden loss of power (no need to realign and start from the beginning).
The HAE43 mount can be controlled from a computer, either via ASCOM/Commander for Windows PC or a third-party INDI driver for MacOS; a SmartPhone/Tablet via iOptron Commander Lite or an app such as SkySafari; or a Raspberry Pi device via an INDI driver.
The HAE43EC features a high-precision RA-axis encoder that offers incredible tracking accuracy, enough for many to opt to take images "without" guidance.
