Lunt Solar Systems offers locking filters in different sizes and you can choose between 90° zenith prism housings or straight extension cylinders. This way, you can choose which type of blocking filter you want to use in your LUNT H-Alpha Etalon System.

The B1200d1 is incorporated in a 90° zenith prism. For 1.25'' eyepiece focusers in the telescope case and with a T2 ring connection at the eyepiece end and 1.25'' eyepiece. The B1200d1 can be used with LUNT H-Alpha systems where the telescopes used have a 1.25'' eyepiece focuser and a focal length of up to 1080mm.

The blocking filter cannot be used without an additional H-Alpha filter system from Lunt Solar Systems! Blocking filters are necessarily required to ensure the safety and functionality of the H-Alpha telescopes for solar observations. The Lunt Solar Systems blocking filters form a unique filter system. We can only guarantee your safety and the full functionality of your telescope, if you use the blocking filter in conjunction with an original H-Alpha filter or a Lunt Solar Systems H.Alpha telescope.
