Calcium K module in zenith prism for use in normal astronomical telescopes with an aperture up to 100mm and a focal length of 1620mm as a calcium K solar telescope.

This calcium K module transforms your normal astronomical refractor into a calcium K solar telescope. It is very simple: Insert the Ca-K module into your telescope's 2" eyepiece focuser and you are equipped for your solar observations in the calcium K emission line.

Internal narrow band filters allow a half-height width of up to 100mm aperture and a focal length of up to 1620mm. For photography it is better to use a larger Ca-K module. The Ca-K module is built into a 90° zenith prism. For eyepiece focalizers 2" in the case of the telescope and with a T2 thread connection in the case of the eyepiece and snapshots for 1.25" eyepiece.

All filter elements are included in this module. No additional filters are required.

The calcium K-emission is at the limit of the visible range for the human eye. Many people have difficulties when making visual observations. This point but does not apply to photography. In this case, the Ca-K module offers you all possibilities in this wavelength.
