It can also be used on smaller telescopes: Simply replace the base you have with this shoe. If you want, you can use a large finder, so you won't miss any astronomical object.

what finders can I attach with this shoe?
Any Vixen/Synta type model, either Skywatcher, Vixen or Celestron. These systems are recognizable by their dovetail shape.

For telescopes with apertures larger than 90 mm in diameter

The base has an M4 fixing screw and two holes at a distance of 20 mm. It even includes the two screws for these holes!
