Base for newtonian focusers TS-Optics for 160-185mm diameter tubes
Fits all newton telescope focusers with 76-78mm male dovetail such as the Crayford TSFOCN2 and TSFOCN2M Newtonian focusers.
Optimized for 180mm tube diameter, also fits 160mm to 185mm diameter tubes.
Dimension: 90x90 mm.
Thickness: 7 mm - smallest position.
The focuser is fastened with two sidec slug screws the base was modified in our workshop for more stability
Distances of the holes for the screws that hold the base to the tube: 70mm parallel to the tube, 73mm lateral
With this base you can attach various models of focusers currently available on your Newtonian telescope. You can attach the base to the telescope using four M4 screws or similar (not included). We offer this base for different tube diameters. The base is designed for Newtonian focusers with a dovetail connection for adaptation.
