VANGUARD Veo HD 10x42 Binoculars

The Veo HD 1042 binocularswith 10x magnification and 42mm eyepiece, will serve you in multiple situations to enjoy nature in all its splendor, as well as in outdoor activities. It has low dispersion (ED) lenses that together with BAK4 prisms with phase correction, help to reduce chromatic aberration, improving the contrast of the image. In addition, thanks to the anti-reflective treatment of the optics and multi-coating on all lenses, the Veo HD 1042 binoculars improve light transmission to give you brighter and clearer images, even in low-light situations.

Veo HD binoculars feature built-in ED-quality lenses that reduce dispersion width (W), greatly improving observation resolution.

This optical system is also backed by the quality guarantee of the Norland optical adhesive.

The BAK4 prisms provide high light transmission for a clear and bright view.

The coating of the lenses is decisive for the evaluation of light transmission and image quality. At Vanguard, we have been working for more than 30 years with broadband multilayer coating.
This type of coating increases brightness over the entire color spectrum visible to the human eye 350NM-700NM (purple-red), instead of enhancing only one band.
We apply this technique on all optical lenses of binoculars to reduce chromatic aberration and reflections, to reproduce true and clear images.

Veo HD binoculars are suitable for outdoor use even on rainy days. Thanks to their waterproof outer membrane and hydrophobic anti-fog coating on the optics, they repel water to prevent fogging. In fact, they can even be submerged up to 1m depth without affecting their optical quality.
